Dave is the founder of http://sgfco.com and http://devjam.biz. Like the name of his company ( Super go faster in case you did not guess it already), Dave is as unconventional a software guide can be. I had heard Dave speak at some of http://otug.org meetings. I had heard of him in the SoftwareAgility forums and met him in person and a bit more professionally at one of my recent clients where he was bringing the concept of AgileSoftwareDevelopment into the organization. His involvement in the project was one of the main reasons for me getting interested in augmenting the client's team.
