One of the rising stars on the Indian food scene in the Twin Cities is Nipa Bhatt. She will be cooking (along with several other famous chefs) at today's event organized by the Make a Wish foundation. I will have to miss this event unfortunately but I will look forward to making it to one of the upcoming events! For more information, check the link out!
