We have seen a significant spike in people coming for our Buffets. At 5.99 with a free Masala Dosa and a full assortment of vegetarian, meat dishes and desserts prepared by our expert Chef, no wonder people are glad to give us their custom. Thank you patrons and we are glad to do our bit to thaw the economic freeze!
If you like Chai like me, you must try out different brands of Black Tea. I usually like the Taj Mahal brand (all the colors ). Yesterday while shopping at CurryUp with my good friend Ashish, he suggested picking up the Wagh Bakri (literally translated: Tiger Goat 
) international blend. I did. And, I am very glad I did. I tried it out today and was struck by the full body flavor. I followed the recipe on http://chowpatti.net (search for Chai). I am sure I will want some change after a while, but for now, I am thoroughly enjoying it. Thank you Ashish!
