Found an interesting article extolling the virtues of ChanaDal. A good perspective from a Western.

If you are like me, you might rotate through your delicious Indian snacks little at a time. If you let the snacks air out, they lose their freshness quickly. I have always wondered if there was a better way ; a little while ago, I chanced upon this useful little gadget called the Eurosealer. Its great - load it up with couple of pencil-cell batteries and use it to seal your favorite snacks - no waiting for the sealing elements to heat up!...

While working in St Paul, near Capitol Hill, I came across this restaurant. Having tasted some great food, for e.g. their Hot and Spicy chicken, I am hooked to their cooking. The lunch specials that include rice and egg roll are very good value. So check them out :

Chowpatti gets an incremental face-lift -

  • Removed sections that were not so useful
  • Used "round rectangles" with pastel colors to demarcate "portlets".
If you have any suggestions to improve the usability and increase the [UsefulnessQuotient], please feel free to comment.
